POSTAGE & SHIPPING

We ship within Australia and Internationally.

Our reduced postage offer includes Regular Parcel Post shipping Australia wide for a flat rate of $5.00 per order (for orders under $100 - otherwise free regular postage applies).

Express Post is available at additional cost by request at Checkout.                           

Expect your order to be posted to you within 1-2 business days of your payment clearing. Remember if you are paying via direct deposit or Paypal cheque, it can take up to a week for funds to clear due to the banks security measures. It can take some time to appear in our account even though it leaves your account immediately. Method of shipping within Australia and Internationally is by Australia Post unless otherwise requested.  Insurance is optional and at the request of the buyer.

NB: I live in the Inner West of Sydney, so if you are a local customer, pick-up is also available by clicking "I know Karen and will pick up my order" at Checkout. 

OVERSEAS ORDERS

All Overseas orders will be quoted an exact amount for postage plus a small packaging and handling fee. If you would like to place an order outside of Australia please select "DIRECT DEPOSIT" as your payment method, we will then advise you via email of the total including postage and forward a Paypal Request for payment. We are not able to ascertain if you will or will not incur customs or import duties on your purchase so please make these enquiries with your local authority independently.

For regular post within Australia, please allow up to a week for delivery once parcel is sent, we are located in Sydney so east coast customers should expect it within a few days.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order internationally, although we cannot take responsibility for postage hold-ups either nationally or internationally that are not within our control. We will send a confirmation when your item is sent, and if appropriate include the tracking or insurance number.

Sorry, but postage is not refundable on any return of goods.
