PAYMENTS  

Kids Designer Gallery accepts Paypal and Direct Bank Deposit as methods of payments. Please do not pay by Telegraphic Transfer as there are unecessary fees incurred as a result. Paypal simply requires an initial registration and you can continue to use as payment for many online outlets including Ebay, it is easy to use and is a secure way of paying online. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

AUTHENTICITY

We only sell genuine articles, absolutely NO copies, fakes or grey market items. If you have any questions regarding authenticity please contact us for verification. Our website deals in the secondary market (we purchase the items and re-sell them), which means we in no way represent the designers/agents or stockists of the labels we sell.

IMAGES

Photos are owned by Kids Designer Gallery and may be used by permission of the represented brand. All pictures are copyright protected.

RECYCLE WEAR

Kids Designer Gallery sells genuine designer label recycled clothing in A1 or 'As New' condition. All items are gently worn or brand new with small factory flaws. Any imperfections will be clearly stated in the description.
We buy your outgrown designer clothing, please contact us should you have a clothing bundle for sale.  We offer store credit or cash whichever suits, store credit may be used to purchase from our recycle or NEW sections.  Any questions with size or condition please ask, we are only too happy to help.
Note: If you are a local Sydney customer we also offer pick up service.

REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a purchase you make from this site simply return your purchase in unworn, as sold condition within 10 days of the invoice date for an exchange or store credit.
Sorry we cannot credit postage charges on delivery and return of goods. Your credit will be made for cost of items only (less actual postal costs).

NOTE: Once a year SALE stock is sold as is and no refunds or exchanges apply.
