I have been (for the most part) a stay-at-home Mum throughout the last seven years, apart from looking after the bookwork for my husband's business.

We have two beautiful (or should I say, handsome) little boys and they are absolutely my number one priority!  Our youngest started school this year and I found myself needing to do something useful with my spare time - what little I had between running a household, partly running a business already and being a taxi service between after school activities!

Before having children I was a lawyer and over the last 12 months I've considered going back to my career on a part-time basis. But, the thought of missing out on even one athletics carnival or book parade was just too heart-breaking for me.

So, when I received a Newsletter from the previous owner of Kids Designer Gallery (I had myself been a customer) announcing that the business was for sale, it made absolute perfect sense to me. I LOVE children's clothing and more importantly, I LOVE a bargain so to be able to run a business selling beautifully made, stylish kid's clothes at a reduced price was very exciting indeed :)

And there you have it, I am the very proud new owner of this lovely business. I feel blessed to now have the best of both worlds - to be completely available for my boys and be working from home in my own time!
